YOUR ROLE

  • Quality E2E Strategy and Core responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy Quality E2E Strategy, Model and Standards and drives continuous improvement or targets through audit, assessment, reporting and consulting.
  • Defines E2E relevant quality procedures together with local, regional and global teams (including shopfloor operators where relevant).
  • Regional Overall responsible for all aspects of End-to-End Quality; First point of contact on these topics for internal and external stakeholders (Business, SC, Customers, Suppliers - End2End focus).
  • Drives digitalization in area of responsibility together with global teams.
  • Responsible for further developing, implementing and improving End to End (E2E) Quality program with all relevant stakeholders in assigned region and with Global E2E Quality Responsible.
  • Quality E2E operational program:
  • Ensures accurate, comprehensive, timely reporting of incidents, actions and follow up including trend analysis, root cause determination.
  • Manages and tracks risk management / mitigation, identifies mission critical Q investment, push for approvals and support during implementation; ensures Q standards at own sites / CMTG / 3PM / 3PL sites.
  • Manages Q input to major projects and all related Q regulatory and Q compliance issues at own sites, Suppliers, CMTG and 3PL.
  • Implement and continuously improve the Quality Governance and Assurance processes in the Region "end-to-end" with suppliers, CMTG, own production, warehouses, distribution and customers.
  • Monitor and continuously improve the E2E Quality performance along the value chain, including KPI monitoring and hygiene performance of own sites, suppliers, CMTG and 3PL.
  • Ensure compliance to internal Systems, standards, requirements in the area of Q, SHE and Hygiene.
  • Ensures compliance to IMS and with all applicable international & local Henkel norms and legal requirements, including customer audits, ISO certifications 9.001, 14.001, 45.001, 50.001, 22.716 (if GMP applicable) and overall audit programs for Suppliers, CMTG, 3PL.
  • Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures linked to Quality E-2-E programs; ensures independence and governance in Q related decision making.
  • Ensures manufacturing or production processes are meeting international and national Q standards, including product and process quality (e.g. FTR).
  • Leads supplier quality complaints management and solves issues actively independent from source (Own sites/Supplier/CMTG/3PL).
  • Steers best practices for the area of E2E Quality.
  • Quality Culture and cross-functional collaboration:
  • Leads and champions Quality (Q) E2E culture in the region by identifying, managing and mitigating Q related risks and opportunities, both internal and external.
  • Lead, coordinate and support initiatives related to E2E quality improvement (tools, methods, digitalization), from needs identification through design and implementation until final effectiveness study; Drive continuous improvement of suppliers through good practice sharing and expert input e.g. lean six sigma and a culture of Kaizen in quality.
  • Implements assessment / audit program to ensure continuous improvement and rapid action gaps, managing all related Q regulatory and Q compliance issues.
  • Partner with global and cross-functional teams to drive value creation projects in quality.
  • Works closely with the Global Center of Excellence on Quality to address global customer requirements including audits, standards and targets; supports in the anticipation, development, deployment, and execution of global and regional SHEQ strategy and programs.
  • Prepare, coordinate and train the Q teams in all relevant Q areas, build strong capabilities in the teams; act as subject matter expert, trainer & coach for Quality related standards and procedures.
  • Develops and trains the organization on the Q knowledge base (standards, procedures, improvement programs) to support excellence, deploys and measures effectiveness, owning the Regional Q E2E Audit program and following up on action closure; focus on suppliers, CMTG, 3PL and overarching topics along the SC.
  • Supports and actively participates in cross-regional and global Q E2E collaboration.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • 7 years working experiences inQuality and Systems.
  • Engineering, Chemistry, HACCP, Six Sigma, DMAIC needs.
