Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing command procedures for processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted by the public, Congressional mandate, or contractual obligation; 2) Ensuring comprehensive agreements (i.e., Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Education Partnership Agreements (EPA) are written, supported, routed and signed in a timely manner; and 3) Editing technical scientific and engineering documents that are submitted as rough drafts requiring reorganization, data and word verification as well as correction of grammar, syntax, punctuation and spelling. NOTE: THIS EXPERIENCE MUST BE SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME.
