While most branches have similar hours of operation, some may differ; for instance, not all branches have Saturday hours. Truist’s Online Options
You can use the online portal to log in to your Truist account. In addition to letting you handle typical online banking tasks like checking your balance or printing statements, Truist gives you access to these features through the online portal:
- Send or receive money with Zelle
- Card controls
- Set up and manage alerts
- Access cash-back deals
- Check on investments
Truist’s Mobile Banking App
You can also log in to your account via Truist’s mobile banking app, which offers many of the same features that you’ll find in the online portal. Plus, you can take advantage of the app’s mobile check deposit feature. The app can run on iOS 14 and later or Android 9 and later.

If you need assistance, you can call Truist’s customer service number at 844-487-8478. The automated service is available 24/7. Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET on Saturday.
