and Toyota Motor Co. have quietly begun discussions that could lead to broad cooperation in developing auto manufacturing facilities in Australia, Southeast Asia and other areas with growing markets for automobiles. WASHINGTON (API The Supreme Court today reversed a decision freeing two convicts under a Florida sodomy law which the Florida Court had ruled unconstitutional. In an unsigned opinion the Supreme Court said the two men had ample opportunity to understand that the stale law prohibited sodomy and oral intercourse.

The decision overturned a by the U.S. Circuit Court in New Orleans which freed Eugene F. Huffman and Raymond R. Stone, who had based their appeal on the state court finding that the law was unconstitutionally vague, the Supreme Court. Florida Atty.

Gen. Robert L. Shevin then appealed the Circuit Court decision. The Florida Supreme Court, in ruling that the slate law was too vague to be constitutional, held that ils decision should be applied only in fu-t cases, not in those already decided. The Circuit Court, however, said states do not have the right to place such conditions on constitutional rights.

The Circuit Court agreed that the law was unconstitutional and said that Huffman and Stone must be freed. 22 states have similar laws, although some of them have been modified.
