I have been waiting for my refund from @Ask_Spectrum for well over a month. Service was disconnected and I switched to Fios in August. I’ve called various times. I’ve been given various answers and explanations. Now the refund was sent to the wrong address…

Live streaming television on @paramountplus is completely garbage visual quality. CBS on the @GetSpectrum app however is completely perfect visual quality.

On top of that, what made me change to @GetSpectrum was when my internet wasn’t working for hours and you could send someone to check it out 3 days later… THREE DAYS! Do you think this is acceptable? In 3 days, I switched to Spectrum and had my service installed

@GetSpectrum might be the worst customer service I’ve EVER dealt with. Not only have they gone and used loopholes to avoid crediting me for a package I didn’t add, but now if I cancel it my bill will go up anyway because they’ll cancel my promotion… #FIOS me pls 🙏🏼😤

The juxtaposition of @GetSpectrum constantly sending emails/snail mail about adding cable/phone plans while also having CONSTANT internet outages.🤔🙃If Spectrum spent A FRACTION of what they spend on advertising on improving their internet, half of my problems would be solved.

@Ask_Spectrum Per your link: What does “Current charges are due within 21 days of delivery.” Mean? What’s delivery? I understand cycle and first day for service. This is about payment due dates. Please really understand the entire thread and see how frustrated I am from repeating myself.
