Advantages:
I like the lady that servedme: Janet Hundley Smith. She was very nice and verypro. The idea ofhaving togo online orto the inhouse computer just toget adate topay taxes isnon-since. She took care ofme and Idid appreciateit.
Disadvantages:
Walk inservice isnot easy orquick.
Comment:
Get back towalk inservice service. The computer log inis like taking atest topay taxes. Itholds upthe process and confuses most ofthe people coming toyou topay.

Coming from California Iknow the DMV tobe extremely dreadful and confusing, but the process ofgetting myFL license and car registered was extremely easy thanks toJerusha! She explained the process and information thoroughly and took the time tocheck every detail. Iwas also amazed with the process they take tohelp everyone else, although all ofthe employees are constantly busy they remain organized and maintain apositive attitude!
