Nominal Bank Receipt (NBR) (1)

This posting type is used for an item of revenue, in respect of the firms own business, paid into the office bank, e.g. Injection of capital.

Using the posting

When using an NBR, you must specify the payment details (e.g. the amount, payment type, payee, etc), the nominal account that is affected and the office bank to which monies are to be paid. For a full list of posting slip fields, refer to the Posting Slip dialog box.

When posted, a credit appears in the appropriate nominal account.
