Job Opportunity: Donor Engagement Coordinator
As we expand our reach, we are seeking a dedicated Donor Engagement Coordinator to manage fundraising activities for The Family. This role involves coordinating various initiatives such as fundraising letters, Day Sponsorships, on-air fundraisers, and supporter engagement to maximize donations to our organization.
Responsibilities
Manage fundraising channels and initiatives to support overall ministry goals.
Collaborate with different departments to align fundraising efforts with the organization's vision and brand.
Work with leadership to develop effective donor strategies and messaging.
Craft fundraising appeal and thank you letters in line with Biblical values and ministry guidelines.
Coordinate on-air fundraising events and other initiatives.
Handle logistics for fundraising events and key supporter activities.
Qualifications
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and knowledge of the Bible.
Minimum 2+ years of non-profit fundraising experience.
Experience in non-commercial radio fundraising is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
